Now in its twelfth year, the BBB's annual Torch Awards program honors outstanding local for-profit companies and non-profit charitable organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to ethical business practices, both in operations and in terms of being ethical, reliable and responsive to employees, vendors and customers.

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) awarded Dream Design Builders (formerly Dream Maker Builders) two prestigious Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards in its annual awards competition for 2010. Dream Design Builders is honored to have won these coveted awards for completed home remodeling projects performed in the following categories:

Contractors from seven regions across the country compete for the CotY Awards. Again this year, an impartial panel of judges made up of experts within the home remodeling industry and associated fields selected winners based on “before” and “after” photography and project descriptions. Judges evaluated each home remodel project on a number of factors, including:
- How well the client’s expressed needs were met
- Enhancements to the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the existing structure
- Evidence of superior craftsmanship
- Innovative uses of materials and/or construction methods
- The contractor’s ability to overcome difficult obstacles

spring, 2007, Dream Design Builders earned one of the home remodeling
industry’s greatest honors – the Remodeling Magazine Big
50 award. It’s a one-time tribute awarded to the most stable,
