We’re Very Proud to Host Carl DeMaio at Our San Diego Remodeling Site for his Community Address

We’re very proud that Carl DeMaio addressed the community of Rancho Bernardo from a new San Diego custom home construction site of Dream Design Builders.

The following is an excerpt from the press release sent from Councilmember DeMaio’s Office:

Exactly two years after the fires hit his community of Rancho Bernardo, City Councilmember Carl DeMaio memorialized this anniversary by doing the following:

· Releasing of a Progress Report on the Rebuilding Effort

· Discussing a New Initiative to Evacuate Senior Citizens

· Launching of a Performance Audit of the City’s Fire Prevention Efforts

“We should commemorate the losses from two years ago by holding our city government accountable for helping residents rebuild – and by showing measurable improvements in the city’s fire prevention efforts,” commented DeMaio.

The new custom home site is located in the Montelena community of Rancho Bernardo.  Once completed the new home will be 3100 square feet with four bedrooms and includes three and a half bathrooms.  The new home features custom glass tiles from five elements and a sculpted island in the kitchen with a matching sculpted soffit above.  The new home will also have a green home building element as it will be wrapped in low-e which is a new technology that lowers the home owners carbon footprint by blocking up to 97% of radiant heat, providing year round efficiency and comfort levels.
