Dream Design Builders president Jay Riordan is Chairman of the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. His leadership in the remodeling industry has given him unprecedented access to the people, technology, creative and legal resources needed to deliver the finest results for our clients.

The organization is universally recognized as the center of professionalism for remodelers throughout the US, and provides formalized standards of expertise, ethics and ongoing training in all building-related disciplines. NARI’s strict membership criteria and six levels of certification help maintain standards of quality for designers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, general and sub-contractors, lenders and other related firms.

Members of NARI are full-service contractors, design-build firms, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, lenders and other related professionals who work in the remodeling field.

National Association of Home Builders

We’re a Certified Graduate Remodeler from the National Association of Home Builders – a national organization of almost 235,000 professional members dedicated to providing the highest quality housing in the country.

Our ongoing involvement with NAHB ensures Dream Design Builders is working to improve financing, regulations, equipment, materials, technology and services that are important to both the current and would-be homeowner.

Our efforts to lead by example provide a positive role model for our competition, improving the buying environment for all consumers and increasing standards for trust throughout southern California.

Poway Center for the Performing Arts

Our presence on the Foundation Board of the Poway Center for the Performing Arts puts us in a pivotal location to raise the quality of life for all north county residents. Working with a team of some of the most dedicated and professional people to be found anywhere in San Diego County, we help ensure a steady stream of cultural events, fine theater, and world-class musical performances will appear in Poway.

In addition to guiding the line-up of top-notch talent from the worlds of drama, dance, music, and comedy, Dream Design Builder’s presence helps sponsor the Arts in Education initiative, giving students “up close and personal” experiences with living, working artists via workshops and master classes.

Rotary Club of Rancho Bernardo (Sunrise)

As part of our ongoing effort to improve the quality of life in north county, Dream Design Builders is a proud member of the Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary Club. Here we work with a group of 70 professionals who dedicate themselves to perfecting practice of Service Above Self.

This club – recipient of the 2006-07 Presidential Citation for Superior Community Service from Rotary International – provides us with a forum for helping veterans, seniors, students, the homeless, the hungry, and those stricken by disasters like the San Diego firestorms.

San Diego North Chamber of Commerce

Ask any of the organization’s 800+ members, and you’ll hear how the organization is effectively promoting business and community development throughout the San Diego North corridor. At Dream Design Builders we think that’s important, and we’re happy to be participating in the effort.

Rancho Bernardo Business Association

Given their choice, homeowners will almost always prefer to work with a local merchant or service provider. We at Dream Design Builders recognize the value of personally knowing who you’re doing business with. This is why we help promote local businesses by our membership in the Rancho Bernardo Business Association.

Here we help local homeowners as a source of referrals for a wide range of services and products. We know that, like us, our fellow association members will happily provide free consultations for a wide range with homeowner needs.
