San Diego Room Addition - Second Floor Addition - Rancho Bernardo
This homeowner’s family required more space for their newly combined household. This was accomplished with the addition of three rooms to their suburban home and an enlarged garage space. Two new children’s bedrooms were added above the improved garage and an in-suite office space was created within the downstairs master bedroom. The exterior facade was altered with the addition of a balcony, new windows and foam projections, presenting a seamless integration of the new addition.
The master bedroom office suite and children's bedrooms are spacious and display their individual personalities. The resulting design of the home remodel and second story addition gave the homeowners exactly what they were looking for; more space for their family and the sense that the addition had always been a part of their home. Without the before and after pictures, it would be hard to imagine when it was not a part of the original home.
